Summer Reading Program Survey

If your child attended our Summer Reading Program, Shoot for the Moon, on June 17th which highlighted 1. the moon’s distance from the earth and 2. solar and lunar eclipses, please take a moment with your child and complete our survey.

This survey applies only to the June 17th program – Shoot for the Moon. The other three programs on June 10th, 24th and July 1st are not part of this survey. The reason for this is that NASA provided some resources to Montana libraries this year and we are looking for children’s responses to their resources used in the June 17th program.

If you prefer a paper survey, you can pick one up at the library. Thanks!
