Play Scrabble at Our Summer Reading Program

Attention Kids Who just finished Kindergarten through 5th grades!

Come play Scrabble at Toole County Library’s Summer Reading Program!

It’s as easy as 1-2-3 to play!

  1. Come in and check out some books. We’ll give you a scrabble
  2. Come back often to check out more books and get more scrabble
  3. When you collect enough tiles to spell out a word with three or more letters, bring the tiles back to us, and get entered into our Grand Prize drawing!

Want to get more scrabble tiles and increase your chances of winning?

Come to any or all of our scheduled programs* in June to get your hands on extra tiles! The programs are listed below.

 

June 6th – It’s a Work of Art! This program will be 90 minutes long. You will complete 3 unique works of art with your fellow participants. These 3 masterpieces will be displayed at the library for all to see!

June 13thProject Archaeology in partnership with the Museum of the Rockies has an explosive topic to share with participants. We will be investigating the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in AD 79 which destroyed the city of Pompeii. This will be a 90-minute program

June 20thElectrolyte Challenge! Which sports drinks will keep you hydrated throughout the summer? Come find out at this 60-minute program.

June 27th – Lego Club Kickoff Event! We’re starting a Lego Club which will continue on past our summer reading program. June 27th will be our first meeting. The theme for our first event is “Robots”. This event and all following Lego Club meetings will be 60-minutes long. Future meeting dates and times will be announced.

*All scheduled programs will begin at 1 p.m.
